EASY CHIA SEED PUDDING

This is a super quick and easy recipe that can double as breakfast or an easy snack. Chia seeds are full of fiber and omega 3 fatty acids, making this a nutrition win-win.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup of milk (plant based or traditional, your choice)

  • 1/4 cup chia seeds

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

  • Dash of cinnamon

  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup

  • 1 Tablespoon of your favorite protein powder (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS:

Combine all ingredients in a mason jar and let sit for a few hours or overnight in the fridge. Top with your favorite berries (I like blueberry and pomegranate seeds), some nuts, and if you want to get really fancy, cacao nibs. Enjoy cold.
