Hi, I’m Elizabeth.
My vision is to empower women to deeply understand their bodies and make conscious, informed choices about health and nutrition, leading to greater joy and balance in their lives.
I provide lasting solutions for women who:
Are tired of the frustrating pendulum swings between intense restriction and overeating that are the hallmarks of dieting,
Want to have a happier, healthier relationship with food and a positive body image,
Want to ditch never-ending ‘rules’ about how or what to eat and learn intuitive eating skills that will help them to listen for and honor their body’s internal cues regarding hunger, fullness, satisfaction, and more,
Are fed up with putting everyone else’s needs (kids, spouse, work, etc.) ahead of their own and are ready to prioritize their own self-care,
And are ready to stop battling their weight and start enhancing their wellbeing instead.
As a registered dietitian nutritionist, I spend my days providing weight-neutral care and helping people like you find body image healing and a better relationship with food.
I took the leap and made a major investment in myself and my dreams …
Doing chemistry and food science experiments in my kitchen while cooking dinner and helping three energetic kids finish their homework is not my idea of a good time. But I did it. Practically every week, for years.
Why on earth would I do such a thing? Because, you see, I had a dream. Despite the fact that I studied Russian in college (that wasn’t as useful in the post-Cold War 90s as it sounds today) and then worked for many years editing, marketing, and copywriting financial publications, I LOVE nutrition. I get excited about food and I’m passionate about self care.
I wanted to become a dietitian nutritionist so I could share my enthusiasm and excitement about these things with other people, while helping them adopt a positive approach to nutrition, holistic health, and wellness.
As it turns out, it’s not that easy to become a dietitian nutritionist when you’re well-versed in Russian literature, the Cyrillic alphabet, and the history of tsars and Soviet Republics … but not the periodic table or the citric acid cycle.
Enter the kitchen chemistry labs, late-night food science experiments, and anatomy models on the coffee table. And those were all required just to get into the dietetics program—which was a challenging undertaking in and of itself!
But I did it. I hung in through stressful times and the “I can’t do this” moments.
I invested the time, the money, and the energy in myself—the best investment of all, really. And, wow, was it worth it!
Now that I’m a dietitian nutritionist with a Master’s degree in Nutrition, Healthspan, and Longevity, I absolutely LOVE helping my clients transform their relationship with food, experience body image healing, and focus on prioritizing their health.
And now I want to help you stop dieting (really and truly, STOP dieting).

Work with me as your registered dietitian nutritionist, and you’ll find …
1. I’m a total foodie. Chocolate chip cookies, fish tacos, roasted veggies, homemade ravioli, and meatballs, dark chocolate—I love it all. I don’t believe in restriction, arbitrary food rules, or fad diets. Instead, I’d like to teach you how you can reach your goals by ADDING all sorts of foods and behaviors into your daily routines.
2. I love to garden. Keep bees as a hobby. Recruit my friends to walk, run, do Pilates, bike, and hike with me (sometimes all in one day) … and I will encourage you to move your body as much as possible in ways that are enjoyable for you.
3. I believe that accountability, clarity about your goals, and good old-fashioned action are the keys to a successful transformation. I’m determined to give you all three. It may not always be easy, but I’m in for whatever challenges crop up if you are!
4. You are so much more than the number on the scale. I firmly believe in weight-neutral care, and I do not measure success by pounds lost. Instead of focusing on weight, I will help you focus on your behaviors and routines because, ultimately, these are the things that are fully within your control and have the most powerful impact on how you feel in your body. I will help you track and measure your energy levels, moods, cravings, digestion, confidence in your food choices, activity levels, mindset, quality of your sleep, overall health and wellbeing, and so much more!
