Your intuitive eating journey will be as unique as you are. Although it will rarely be linear, here are the common touch points you’ll experience with me as your guide.

My mission is to make weight-neutral, compassionate care accessible to as many people as possible. To support this, I’m now an in-network provider with Cigna and United Healthcare, with additional insurance platforms coming soon!

This means your insurance may cover some or all of your counseling sessions with me, depending on your individual benefits. I’ll guide you on how to verify your coverage before we meet, so you’ll know exactly what to expect.

For those who are paying out of pocket, I offer flexible options to meet a variety of needs and budgets, ensuring you can receive the level of support that’s right for you. If desired, I can also provide you with a detailed superbill following our sessions for possible reimbursement from your provider.

   •    45-Minute Follow-Up Sessions: $155

   •    Bundled Services:

        •        1 Initial Assessment + 4 Follow-Ups: $760 (save 10%)

Optional Out-of-Pocket Upgrade – 16-Week Intuitive Eating Essentials Program designed to enhance your individual sessions with weekly lessons, personalized weekly check-ins, and additional resources to deepen your understanding and practice of Intuitive Eating: $1,499

If you are a local client, you also have the option to add-on a full immersion day dedicated to the celebration of your whole health for two payments of $375. What this day looks like is entirely up to you. 

We could dedicate an entire day to your self-care. We could also focus on creating delicious meal plans that fit your lifestyle, followed by a joint trip to the grocery store. We could also work together to address specific health concerns through nutrition or to meal prep delicous meals that match your nutrition needs.
