Questions About Working With Me:
Do you only work with local clients, or do you offer remote options?
Although I am a registered dietitian and nutritionist based in Annapolis, Maryland, my intuitive eating individual and group coaching services are offered virtually. No matter where you are in the world, you can learn, grow, and heal from the comfort of your own home. The only exception is my VIP Whole Health Reset Day experience, which is currently only offered to local clients.
Why don’t you offer single intuitive eating coaching sessions?
My passion is helping you make meaningful, lasting changes in your relationship with food, your body, and your health habits. This involves a lot of diet culture unlearning so you can RELEARN how to connect with and trust your body to tell you what, when, and how much to eat (and so much more!).
While this approach is so incredibly rewarding and life-changing, change doesn’t happen overnight … much as we wish it would. My four-month intuitive eating coaching program gives you the ongoing support, guidance, and tools you need to create lasting transformations in your approach to food and mind-body health and wellbeing.
What if I feel stuck between intuitive eating coaching sessions?
I pride myself on providing high-touch, platinum-level service to my valued clients. Not only will we be in a session together every 10-14 days, I have a formal process for checking in with you between sessions.
In addition, once I commit to being your coach, I’m whole-heartedly committed to making sure you feel fully supported as you explore your relationship with food and body and build new health habits. You’ll also be able to reach me via our private member portal as needed!
Do you offer payment plans for your intuitive eating coaching programs?
You are welcome to pay bi-weekly, monthly, or all up front. Or, I will work with you to find the payment plan that works best for you.
Do you accept insurance?
At this time, I am not in network with any insurance companies and all of my services are self-pay. Depending on your plan, you may be able to get reimbursed for some or all of my services through your Health Spending Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA).

What if I’ve failed with other diets and lifestyle programs?
Great news! My approach is all about weight-neutral care and rejecting dieting—which means there’s no failure, only feedback. This isn’t a “lifestyle change” disguised as another diet, either.
Instead, I’m going to show you how to opt out of diet culture and tune INTO your body. We’re throwing out the so-called “rules” about what to eat … shifting the focus away from weight loss and towards well-being … and teaching YOU to become the expert in your own body and its unique nourishment and self-care needs.
If you’ve been let down and disappointed by every diet under the sun, you’re going to find this “un-dieting” approach a breath of fresh air and empowerment!
Will I lose weight with intuitive eating?
I completely understand you may have a desire to lose weight. Intuitive eating and my approach to nutrition are about healing your relationship with food and body so you can eat what you love without guilt, stress or overwhelm while learning how to adopt health-promoting behaviors that you actually enjoy and WANT to stick with because they make you feel good!
While I create a safe, non-judgmental space for you to explore weight concerns, weight loss is not the focus of Intuitive Eating or my approach to health and wellbeing. Some people lose weight, some people gain weight, and some people’s weight stays exactly the same. It very much depends on your individual genetics and unique starting point.
But because this approach is about enhancing your physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing (what I like to think of as authentic health), my superstar clients usually tell me they feel lighter than they have in years (sometimes decades) as a result of our work together—regardless of what happens with the scale!
We measure success in a multitude of ways, including finding a consistent approach to food, movement, and other health habits … improved lab and other health markers … less eating guilt and stress … improved body image … greater variety of foods eaten and enjoyed … learning how to trust yourself around ALL foods … increased self-confidence … greater understanding of nutrition and your body … and more.
