How Your Group Experience Works

Your intuitive eating journey will be as unique as you are. Although it will rarely be linear, here are the common touch points you’ll experience with me as your guide.

  • Join me for a one-to-one 90-minute deep-dive session where we’ll explore your dieting history and current relationship with food and your body — as well as your health habits and personal goals. You’ll walk away with a personlized roadmap for transforming your relationship with food.

  • You may take an Intuitive Eating Assessment to gain clarity on where you are now and the biggest obstacles standing between you, food freedom, and body healing. And of course, you’ll get professional guidance to interpret and work with your results.

  • Over the course of eight 75-minute, biweekly group sessions, you’ll take time to recognize and celebrate your wins while also getting professional support and tools to understand and implement the 10 principles of Intuitive Eating. Plus, you’ll benefit from personalized coaching to help you navigate around your unique challenges and mindset hurdles — and gain valuable insight from the coaching your fellow community members receive too.

  • In addition to formal (and individualized) weekly check-ins, I’ll be available to you for support and questions via private portal between your sessions. You’ll also get the ongoing support of a like-minded community on the same journey as you.

  • You’ll also be invited to our exclusive private member portal so you always have access to community and group support day or night and never feel alone or unsupported on your journey.

How much does group coaching cost?

My group Intuitive Eating coaching program requires not only a mental and energetic investment, but a financial one as well.

The group runs for four months and is an investment of 5 payments of $297. I’m also happy to work with you on an individual basis to develop a customized payment plan that suits your needs.
