Plus, jump in before August 16th, and you’ll also grab the Smart Pantry Guide Bonus — my list of versatile staples to keep your kitchen well stocked from Day 1 so there’s less scrambling for ingredients and more easeful eating.
By 5pm, you've already made a hundred decisions.
What to wear. What to say in that email. Whether to reschedule, say yes, push back. You've been managing people, kids, logistics, and whatever else the day threw at you.
And then someone asks, “what's for dinner?”
It's not that you don't care about eating well — you do. But by the time you’re thinking about dinner, you have nothing left in your tank. So, you wing it. You make the same five boring things on repeat. You end up with chicken nuggets, again, or you find yourself standing in the kitchen, opening and closing the fridge desperately wishing something new might appear.
Figuring out mealtimes takes a lot more out of you than you’d like. It feels like it never stops, and there are about a thousand things you'd rather spend your energy on.
Most of the people I work with say the exact same thing:
They don't want to spend hours hunting for recipes — they want someone they trust to just hand them the right ones.
They don't want to guess whether what they're making is actually good for them or if it'll even taste good. They want to know that whatever lands in their inbox is worth making.
They want less figuring out and more just doing — the recipes chosen, the list ready, the steps clear.
What if a trusted expert just did the heavy lifting of planning and figuring out what to eat for you?
Every month, I hand-pick five recipes from my own kitchen — ones I've made, that taste delicious, and that I confidently put in front of my own family. I pair them with a done-for-you shopping list, already coordinated to your recipes. And I show you how to get more than one meal out of what you make… so you can spend less time cooking and more time eating.
That's it.
No last-minute takeout run because you never figured out dinner. No haphazardly throwing things in your shopping cart and getting home with no idea what to make. No eating the same simple, boring things on repeat or wondering if what you're making is actually good for you.
Just mealtimes that feel a little easier — because a nutrition expert already handled the hard part.
What makes a recipe “Nourished Table” worthy?
I don’t choose these recipes because they’re “healthy.” I choose them because they’re worth making.
As a dietitian and Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor, I look at food a little differently. I don’t believe eating well means following a perfect formula, unnecessarily cutting out bunches of foods, or choosing the most virtuous option on the menu.
So, when I’m deciding which recipes make it into The Nourished Table, I start with one question:
Would I actually want to eat this?
It needs to be delicious first. Then I look at the bigger picture.
Is it colorful? Does it bring plenty of fiber, protein, and other nutrients to the table? Is it realistic enough for a weeknight? Will the ingredients be easy to find or use in another recipe? Does it offer something different from the last few recipes?
I intentionally mix things up, too. You’ll find plant-forward meals alongside chicken, fish, lean meat, and other protein-rich options. Some recipes will feel familiar and comforting. Every so often, I’ll throw in something a little unexpected—something you might not have chosen on your own, but might just discover you love.
And perhaps most importantly, these are recipes I feel good about feeding to myself and my family.
That’s the filter.
Delicious enough that you look forward to eating it. Nourishing enough that I feel good about recommending it. Practical enough that you can actually make it.
You’re not just getting five recipes. You’re getting my taste, my nutrition expertise, and years of knowing what makes healthy eating actually work in real life.

Why this works when Googling doesn't…
Searching for recipes gives you options — hundreds of them. And then you have to figure out if they taste good, if they're actually healthy, if they'll work on a weeknight with the ingredients you have on hand. That's research. And research takes energy you don't have at 5pm.
This is the opposite of that.
I'm a registered dietitian who has spent years helping people make mealtimes — and healthy eating — easier and way more enjoyable. I know the overwhelm you feel figuring out what to make, which recipes to pick, making the grocery list, and then executing it all. It's a lot.
And you already have a lot on your plate. I know how to look for balanced meals that taste and feel good. I've already made every recipe before it gets to you. So, every month, I hand you exactly what you need to get a good meal on the table — without the part that wears you out.
You're not gettng a feed of possibilities. You're getting my nutrition expertise and my judgment — already filtered, tested, and ready to use.
What Nourished Table members love most…
"I’m literally shopping right now from a shopping list you gave me to add a side to the ribs [my husband] is making! The shopping/planning—it’s all super simple. I don’t have to come up with something on my own. I can trust that you are giving me recipes that are super yummy." — NT member
"Yes please. 3 out of 4 members of my family loved the black bean flauta recipe and the 4th, who is the pickiest, tried the tortilla and cheese, which is a huge win!" — NT member
“Fast. Easy. Delicious. Minimal thinking required. 😂 As someone who has zero desire to meal plan, having the recipes + shopping list done for me is SUCH a relief.” NT member

Answers to a Few Things You Might Be Wondering:
-
They're chosen with weeknights in mind. Most take 20-40 minutes, and the repurposing ideas mean you get more than one meal out of that time.
-
Not at all. Use what fits your week, skip what doesn't. This is a resource, not a requirement.
-
The recipes are chosen with all skill levels in mind. If you can follow a recipe, you can make these.
-
Each month's lineup is a mix — mostly dinner, but you'll also find sides, breakfasts, and lunch ideas in the rotation. Recipes span plant-based, meat, and seafood, so there's variety built in. The throughline is always the same: simple, balanced, and worth making.
-
Yes, no strings attached. You just need to email me by the 1st of the month.
Dinner doesn't have to be your breaking point at the end of a long day.
It can just be handled — by someone who's already done the thinking, tested the recipes, made the shopping list, and put it all in one place for you.

A registered dietitian nutritionist and certified Intuitive Eating counselor with a master's degree in Nutrition, Healthspan, and Longevity from the University of Southern California. I've spent years helping people build a simpler, more enjoyable relationship with food — one that doesn't involve cutting things out, tracking every bite, or spending your Sunday afternoon meal prepping.
My philosophy is pretty straightforward: all foods can fit in a healthy diet, adding in nutrients is more powerful than restricting what you eat, and healthy eating works best when food fits seamlessly into your life (rather than you trying to fit your life around food). I'm a firm believer that the goal isn't to spend more time thinking about food — it's to spend less time in the kitchen and more time at the table.
I created The Nourished Table to share my love of simple, delicious food with you — and to help you discover that eating well doesn't have to be complicated, time-consuming, or stressful.
