PEANUT BUTTER YOGURT WITH CHOPPED APPLES AND GRANOLA
This is a super fast and easy snack or breakfast that’s surprisingly filling. Plus, it checks a lot of great nutrition boxes too, including that it’s a good source of protein, full of fiber, helps support a healthy gut (thanks to the probiotics) and it features a heart-healthy fat. All that and it’s easy to make too!
INGREDIENTS:
1 5.3 ounce container of plain Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon of all natural peanut butter (almond butter works too)
3/4 teaspoon of honey (this one’s optional, I like it without)
1 honey crisp apple, chopped into 1-inch cubes
1/4 cup of your favorite, low-sugar granola
INSTRUCTIONS:
Mix the peanut butter and honey (if using) into the yogurt
Stir the chopped apples into the yogurt
Top with granola
