PUMPKIN AND MANGO SMOOTHIE
I love looking for ways to eat more veggies (especially at breakfast) and sometimes canned ones are a great option! Enter canned pumpkin. This super fab smoothie is packed with heart healthy flax seeds, vitamin A rich pumpkin, oats (to give it some staying power in your belly), cinnamon, and more. Give it a try!
INGREDIENTS
1 banana
1/2 cup canned pumpkin (be sure the only ingredient is pumpkin, you don’t want to accidentally grab pumpkin pie filling)
1/4 cup frozen mango chunks
1/2 cup regular rolled oats
2/3 cup lite coconut milk
1/4 plain greek yogurt (2%)
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon honey
INSTRUCTIONS
Add everything to a blender with a handful of ice cubes (adjust ice to your desired consistency) and mix until smooth. Enjoy!
