How Your Intuitive Eating Program Works
Your intuitive eating journey will be as unique as you are. Although it will rarely be linear, here are the common touch points you’ll experience with me as your guide.

Your journey toward whole health and self-care will begin with a free, 30-minute Introduction to Intuitive Eating strategy session.

Next, we’ll explore your current relationship with food and your body — as well as your health habits — during a 90-minute deep-dive session.

You may take an Intuitive Eating Assessment to gain clarity on where you are now, and what’s standing between you, food freedom, and body healing.

We’ll develop a highly personalized food, movement, and self-care roadmap to help you reach your goals — and feel great about food and yourself.

Over the course of eight 45-minute, biweekly sessions, I’ll work closely with you to heal your relationship with food and adopt health-promoting habits.

In addition to formal weekly check-ins, I’ll be available to you for unlimited support and questions via private portal and voice messaging between your sessions.

How much does individual coaching cost?
My private Intuitive Eating coaching requires not only a mental and energetic investment, but a financial one as well. My highest level 1:1 coaching program runs for 4-months and is an investment of 5 installments of $597.
Because accessibility and flexibility are important to me as a Registered Dietitian and Intuitive Eating coach, I provide various levels of support tailored to different budgets, ensuring everyone can find a suitable option.

VIP Whole Health Immersion Day
If you are a local coaching client, you also have the option to add-on a full immersion day dedicated to the celebration of your whole health for two payments of $375. What this day looks like is entirely up to you.
We could dedicate an entire day to your self-care. We could also focus on creating delicious meal plans that fit your lifestyle, followed by a joint trip to the grocery store. We could also work together to address specific health concerns through nutrition or to meal prep delicous meals that match your nutrition needs.
