Kicking off in mid-November:

Imagine savoring delicious

holiday meals…

without guilt, second-guessing your dessert choice, or having to burn it off with a punishing Peloton ride.

A 6-week group coaching experience to help you create a happier, healthier relationship with food.

You know the feeling…

  • Stress eating while you’re holiday shopping, reaching for treats that cause a sugar crash because you’re too busy to take a break.

  • Overindulging at family gatherings because you feel like you “deserve” it, only to spend the next few days uncomfortable and filled with regret.

  • Trying so hard to be good… but giving into cravings and holiday overwhelm, feeling like food controls you rather than the other way around.

All while secretly dreading the food hangover you know you’ll experience, and pay for, come January.

It’s exhausting, draining so much of your time, energy, and brain power.

Deep down, you know you want a healthier, more peaceful relationship with food so you can spend your energy on the people and things that matter most to you.

You’ve tried everything — but it feels like nothing sticks.

You’ve put in so much effort — tracking every bite, skipping holiday treats, or going to gatherings with a “game plan” to stay in control.

You’ve tried to push through with willpower alone, determined to “be good” through the holiday season… only to feel the same exhaustion and guilt when things don’t go perfectly.

Every year, you promise yourself this time will be different. You’ll keep sweets out of the house, finally find balance, or maybe just enjoy the season without feeling out of control. But those old methods — restrictive plans, forcing yourself to eat perfectly, or trying to resist every craving — don’t support you when life, stress, or emotions come into play.

The truth is these past attempts didn’t last because they weren’t designed to honor you during the holidays — your emotions, your needs, and real-life events. They treated food like the enemy, ignoring the deeper relationship you have with it and how that impacts your choices and wellbeing.

Imagine approaching the holidays with a fresh mindset — one that isn’t about working harder or being more disciplined. Instead, it emphasizes caring for yourself with compassion as you cultivate a balanced, enjoyable relationship with food through the season and beyond

What If, Instead of Battling Cravings, Willpower, and Negative Self-Talk…

You Felt Calm and Confident, Able to Enjoy Food and Nourish Your Body Without Stress, Regret, or Shame?

The holiday season is here, and if you don’t make a change now, you could find yourself stuck in the same exhausting cycles — stressing over food choices, battling guilt, and starting the new year feeling defeated again.

This 6-week group coaching program is designed to help you feel more at peace and in control of your eating through the holidays and beyond.

Why wait until January to try to “fix” things with another short-lived, restrictive diet that leaves you back at square one. This is your chance to finally enjoy holiday meals without stress, embrace gatherings without guilt, and chart a new, healthier path forward with food.

Imagine…

Instead of feeling anxious or out of control around all the delicious holiday foods, you’ll learn to confidently enjoy the foods you love — without guilt, second-guessing, or the urge to “make up for it” later.

Rather than being consumed by what you should or shouldn’t eat, you’ll feel present and free to enjoy your loved ones and all the special holiday moments.

Meet Your Coach

Elizabeth Harris

Welcome! I'm Elizabeth, a registered dietitian and certified Intuitive Eating counselor committed to helping you cultivate a healthier relationship with food. As a proud recipient of the “Best Nutritionist” award from What’s Up, Annapolis magazine for the last three years, I’ve supported hundreds of people to break free from diet culture and find food and body peace.

In a world filled with endless pressure around what we eat and how we look, finding your own authentic and nourishing path can be overwhelming.

But here’s the good news: You don’t need to count, track, or measure your way through mealtimes or deprive yourself of endless foods to eat well and feel good. Rather than telling you what to eat, I want to show you HOW to eat to and feel your best for the rest of your life.

Together, we’ll tune out the deafening diet culture noise and empower you to tune into your body’s innate eating wisdom. Join me in breaking the cycle of emotional overeating, restriction, and guilt — and reclaim the joy and peace that come from having a happier, healthier relationship with food.

  • This program is designed for those ready to go inward and invest time and energy into their healing journey. If you’re seeking a quick “fix” for weight loss or a magic bullet to transform your relationship with food, this program may not be for you.

Additionally, if you’re struggling in the active phases of an eating disorder or are in the early stages of recovery, this program may not be the best fit at this time. I encourage you to seek support from a registered dietitian and mental health therapist who specialize in treating eating disorders. Once you’re further along in your recovery, I’m here to support you as you take the next steps on your path to healing your relationship with food and your body.
