Body Grief with Aging

Our bodies change as we age, and although this is completely normal, it is also normal to grieve for the body that we used to have.

Whether it be that now our bodies look different, maybe we can't do the things that we used to be able to do, or maybe we are not mentally as sharp as we were before, these changes can have a big toll on our mental health.

Maria, Elizabeth and Tara discuss their experiences aging, and propose new ways to think about aging from different perspectives.
